On 6 December, another unified office for the provision of state services, jointly with operators — established upon the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia — was opened under the direction of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan. From now on, the HayPost office of Garni community of Kotayk Marz will provide state services to the adjacent villages of the community (Goght, Geghard, Hatsavan, Voghjaberd, Geghadir, etc.) as well.

According to Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan, the establishment of such offices makes state services more accessible to the citizens of the Republic of Armenia. The Minister is certain that the programme is specifically aimed at alleviating the burden of the residents of marzes. "From now on, rural dwellers will no longer have to reach the capital or the marz centre to receive any statement of information from a state body," Arpine Hovhannisyan noted, drawing attention to the fact that a unified seal, which the Ministry of Justice has approved for unified offices providing special services, will be placed on documents received from such offices.

Managing Director of “HayPost Trust Management” CJSC Juan Pablo Gechijian, highly appreciated this format of co-operation between the government and the private sector, noting that the company will make the provision of a number of state services more accessible to the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.

From now on, residents of Garni and adjacent villages will be able to receive statements of information from HayPost office in Garni community on the issuance of a new certificate instead of the state registration certificate of the right of ownership over a vehicle, on the issuance of a new certificate instead of а lost registration certificate, or on the exchange of the worn out registration certificate, on the provision of new number plates containing the same group of letters and numbers instead of worn out, illegible record-registration number plates, on the provision of an international certificate for vehicle registration, as well as statements of information on state registration of rights over immovable property, registration of legal persons, criminal record and registration of civil status acts.

Let us remind that in Yerevan these services are also provided at the offices of "HayPost" CJSC (address: 21 Nalbandyan Street), "ArdShinBank" CJSC (address: 24 Tigran Mets Street), "Ameriabank" CJSC (address: 6 Deghatan Street), and "Converse Bank" CJSC (address: 4/6 Kajaznuni Street).
