There is no need for citizens to submit additional applications — information regarding administrative amnesty

The Ministry of Justice informs that on 26 July 2018, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On amnesty of fines applied for a number of administrative offences" will enter into force. Based on the above-mentioned Law, the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service will undertake dismissal of enforcement proceedings that were initiated based on administrative acts rendered by the Road Police in regard to a number of administrative offences committed between the period of 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2017. If there is attached property in the above-mentioned proceedings, the attachment will be lifted. The numbers of administrative acts rendered by the Road Police, on the basis of which the initiated enforcement proceedings will be dismissed, will be posted in a list on the website of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (http://www.harkadir.am).

We inform that there is no need for citizens to submit additional applications.

The proceedings will be dismissed in sequential order, counting down from 31 December 2017 to 1 January 2012. A major part of the process will end within 3 months following entry into force of the mentioned Law. The specified time limit is conditioned by the existence of nearly 1.5 million enforcement proceedings.
