Vigen Kocharyan appointed as Head of Interstate Working Group on improvement of mutual legal assistance of the CIS states

On 18 May, Deputy Minister of Justice Vigen Kocharyan — within the framework of International Legal Forum being conducted in Saint Petersburg — delivered a speech at the Conference titled "The Role of Acts of Eurasian Economic Union in the National Legal System".
The Deputy Minister touched upon the developments in the legal system of the Eurasian Economic Union, the issues of interaction between integration and national legal systems and presented the Armenian experience in that field and the prospects for co-operation. The day before the Conference, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia — by the decision of the Council of Ministers of Justice of the Commonwealth of Independent States — was appointed as Head of Interstate Working Group on improvement of mutual legal assistance of the CIS states.
