Minister of Justice receives Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia

Today, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan received Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Armenia, Ambassador Piotr Switalski.
Arpine Hovhannisyan attached importance to the programmes carried out within the scope of co-operation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the European Union and expressed hope for the implementation of more ambitious programmes.
Piotr Switalski expressed gratitude for the reception and mentioned that the European Union was interested in supporting the programmes for legal and judicial reforms and increasing public confidence in the justice sector.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues relating to the developments following the constitutional referendum, as well as combating corruption.
